Requirements:
1. Marunong mag post..
2. Marunong gumamit ng FM tools..
3. Hindi abusado sa POSTION.. (gaya ni [FM]forsaken_emissary na super abusado)
4. Parating nakakavisit sa Forum upang ayusin ang mga posts..
5. Marunong mag guide sa mga newbie.. (kung newbie kayu, guide nyo sarili nyo.. ^^)
6. Parating nakasmile.. like this...
